2. Goods are dispatched immediately after cheque or funds have cleared.
3. The company must be notified within 48 hours of delivery of any claims by the buyer for shortage or damaged goods in transit.
4. The company cannot, under any circumstances entertain any financial demands from the customer for late or incorrect delivery.

6. Our website is updated on a daily basis and therefore we take no responsibility for payments being made for goods that are out of stock or sold out. In that case we will contact the customer and offer an alternative or a refund of the payment made, but the company shall have no liability to pay any money by way of compensation. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
7. You may cancel your order by giving us notice of cancellation within 48 hours - as we dispatch immediately. If the goods have been sent out, you will be liable for the return of the goods at your own expense, before a refund can be given.
8. As a company we always recommend that you never book a fitter until the tiles have been delivered.
9. It is always helpful for you to leave a contact number or email address in case we need to contact you with regards to your order. No information is passed on to third parties.
