Timed deliveries are available at a surcharge, a quote can be given by phoning the office. For a Saturday morning delivery, please add an extra £30+vat per pallet. A maximum of 1000 kgs in weight or 72 Inches in height is allowed per pallet.

Orders placed after 14:00pm are despatched the following day.

Pallet charges work out cheaper if the customer orders 6 boxes or more i.e, the cost for a box is £8.00+ vat, x 6 = £48.00 plus vat. Therefore (if you look at the pallet price) a pallet is usually cheaper.

We also have the Parcelforce service available. When a customer buys a box of tiles, the standard delivery service is Parcelforce 48 hours and is priced at £8.00 + vat (£9.40 inc vat) per box. We do however have a Parcelforce 24 hour service available, priced at £9.00 + vat (£10.58 inc vat). The maximum weight per box with Parcelforce is 30kg.
